Receptionist – Guest Relations

(JOB REF. ID: R-GR 23)

The ideal profile for the Receptionist – Guest Relations position (JOB REF. ID: R-GR 23) is a high caliber professional, who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers and furthermore to ensure high quality standards and guests satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities

  • Administering all reservations
  • Keeping up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, providing information to guests, on request, while maximizing sales opportunities
  • Fulfilling all requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
  • Conducting regular security checks throughout the day and reporting any security issues to Hotel Manager
  • Providing reports, as required, for other divisions and management
  • Coordinating housekeeping and F&B staff according to guests’ status


Educational Requirements

  • BSc in Hospitality/Tourism studies

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relative experience in hospitality / tourism sector
